Currently, when you join our waitlist, we collect:

  • Your email address

In the future, when 0Cal is fully launched, we may collect:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Events created through 0Cal
  • Access tokens (encrypted) for Google Calendar integration
Calendar Access

When you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we will:

  • Ask for your explicit permission via Google's OAuth 2.0
  • Access only availability data required to show your open time slots
  • Allow you to create or update events via 0Cal
  • Never store your calendar contents beyond what's needed for event creation

You can revoke our access at any time via your Google Account settings.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Manage your account
  • Show your availability to others
  • Create or update events you schedule
  • Improve 0Cal's performance and user experience

We do not use your data for advertising, and we never sell it to third parties.

Data Storage and Security
  • All personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Access tokens for Google Calendar are encrypted and stored securely
  • We retain your data only while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from your settings
Third-Party Services

We use the following providers to operate our service:

  • Vercel for app hosting
  • Neon for our database

These providers are carefully selected and committed to strong data protection practices.
